  • Once you have made a booking, simply check in via the app on the day of your reservation. Upon checking in, you will be able to view the specific “Check-in Instructions,” which include all the necessary details to access the space.

  • Yes, we offer specific discounts at participating hotels. You can view these offers individually on the hotel’s profile in the app. To redeem an offer, please reach out to [email protected]

  • You may make as many bookings per day as you wish, provided they fall within the limits of your specific membership plan.

  • This depends on the individual partner. Many of our locations are pet-friendly; you can identify these by using the filter option while viewing locations in your preferred area.

  • You may change the date at any time before check-in. Navigate to your booking in the app and select the option to change the date next to Manage my booking.

  • You can cancel a booking at any time before check-in. Navigate to your booking in the app and select the option to cancel next to Manage my booking.

  • Yes. Additional services, such as meeting rooms and specialized facilities, may incur separate charges. These are based on location fees and are indicated as an “extra charge” in the amenities section of the ATworld app.

  • ATworld memberships are individual and are intended for single-user access only. If you wish to host a meeting with non-members, we recommend booking a meeting room directly with the location.

  • Check-in hours are determined by each ATworld partner location. Please check “Opening Hours” section in the app before your visit. Some locations require check-in within a specific window (e.g., 09:00 to 12:00) and cannot accommodate late arrivals.

Membership

  • Our referral program allows you to invite friends to join ATworld. After your friend completes their trial month, both you and your friend will receive a €50 credit toward your membership. Please note that this offer is valid only for friends who have never purchased an ATworld membership before. To find your referral link in the ATworld app, log in and follow the “Invite Friends” link in the “You” menu section.

  • You can apply your promo code while subscribing to a membership. Once you have selected your desired membership tier, select the option to Add discount code and click Apply before finalizing your subscription.

  • Yes. You will continue to have full access to your benefits until the final day of your current paid billing period. After this, your account will transition to a non-subscription status.

  • You may initiate a cancellation directly within the app by navigating to: You > Membership > Manage. The standard cancellation notice period applies.

  • To request a downgrade, please reach out to our support team. Please note that a downgrade is only possible after the end of the next full billing cycle, in accordance with our standard notice policy.

  • To upgrade your subscription, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Kindly provide the membership type you wish to switch to and your preferred start date.

  • If you are currently on a trial month, you may cancel at any time. Once the trial month concludes and you transition to a fully paid membership, there is a two-month minimum commitment.

  • A Recharge booking provides access to on-site gym and/or spa facilities, as well as a full Work booking at the selected location. This includes one free drink per check-in.

  • Work bookings provide access to dedicated coworking locations with a personal workstation in a focused environment. This also includes unlimited drinks.

  • Touchdown bookings provide access to casual shared workspaces in hotel lobbies, cafes, and ground-floor areas. This includes one free drink per check-in.

  • We offer Essential, Starter, Plus, and Unlimited plans. For more details regarding the specific features of each tier, please follow the link.

  • The trial includes the benefits of your selected membership, featuring unlimited Touchdown bookings and a specific allowance of Work/Recharge bookings per month (Starter: 4, Plus: 8, Unlimited: Unlimited).

Billing

  • No. Currently, all payments are processed in EUR.

  • Once a refund is approved and initiated by our team, it typically takes 5-7 working days to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank’s processing schedule.

  • We accept major credit card payments. At this time, payment information cannot be managed directly in your profile. Please reach out to [email protected] to request a change to your payment details.

  • You can manage this directly in your profile. Go to You > Payment accounts > Personal account to update your billing information.

  • Simply show your active check-in screen in the app to the staff on-site. This serves as your digital access pass for the day.
